We put our rental houses into the capable hands of Alice Lenard of Lenard Properties about a dozen years ago and have found it to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The team has always acted in a competent and professional manner. They do an excellent job of vetting potential renters. When a house goes empty they are very good at communicating and seeking authorization to address repairs and then re-rent the house in a timely manner.
